The packages Riccardo built are in a subdirectory 2025Q3/All/ of the
above; if-and-when another set comes along they will go in some
suitable other directory under sparc-packages/.

That space _is_ behind my house network border blocks; somewhere around
six million IPs can't reach it as a result (most of that due to APNIC
allowing some blocks with an invalid email for their abuse contacts to
remain registered - see /mouse/misc/border-blocks/ on that same host if
you want to see what's blocked and why).  It should answer ping and
ping6 from non-blocked IPs.
