Then I think it either it is a new issue or it got worse with 10.9 I did compile dozens of packages on SS10 with 9.4 and had no such issues, while with the *same CPUs* moved into the SS20 running NetBSD 10, I get it. I also don't remember such issues when compiling on 9.4 on the SS20 with the HyperSparcs (which are in comparable speed, albeit higher clocked). Riccardo
