I've had them break too, especially the three little tabs that hook the
top into the metal chassis at the front.  Those are definitely the
weakest points in my experience.

It is hardly a case (heh) of "robust in all other respects", though; I
just a few days ago had a -20 case top lose something like two square
inches in a triangle off one back corner....
