ATF tests expected to all succeed now

Folks,

with one not yet commited change (awaiting final review) expected to land
tomorrow, the next official sparc64 test run will likely give us zero failed
tests for the first time. The missing changes are small and will be pulled
up to netbsd-6.

This does not mean there are no bugs left, of course, but still is a
remarkable milestone.

Next steps will be to fix some netbsd32 problems and get us closer to this
state when running a sparc userland (either with 32bit or 64bit kernel),
maybe at the same time improving sparc results.
