The UltraSPARC-IIe has the 2nd timer, but it's implemented differently  
than on UltraSPARC-III ( see Takeshi Nakayama's mail ). My patch only  
supports it on UltraSPARC-III for now ( I don't have any IIe-style  
hardware so someone else will have to do that )
