npf with 6.0 failing to load module

Hi,

I'm just trying to configure my Sun Netra T1 to do filtering by npf, but I fail at the very beginning.
The system is a stock NetBSD 6.0-RELEASE sparc64.
Trying to load the npf module ends up wifh an error:
    eva# modload npf
    modload: Operation not permitted
    eva#

Is it me or is it a bug?
