xorg and a Sun USB Type 6 keyboard with german layout

Hi,

does somebody have a working xorg.conf with a German Sun Type6 keyboard?

I can use the keyboard and german "umlauts" are available but "#" not.

Or what do I have to setup in xorg.conf?

Here my keyboard setup:

 Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier  "Keyboard0"
        Driver      "kbd"
        Option      "Protocol" "wskbd"
        Option      "Device" "/dev/wskbd"
        Option "XkbLayout" "de"
        Option "XkbVariant" "nodeadkeys"
