Based on the discussion, I've enabled ssl by default on nagios-nrpe,
bacula{,-clientonly}, and net-snmp.  This is merely putting it in
PKG_SUGGESTED_OPTIONS and PKGREVISION++.  I did test builds but didn't
check functionality.
