there's a problem with some types of reset on the ultra5/10 that hang
instead of resetting.  "sir", which usually gets you back to the prom,
hangs instead of giving a software reset.  i never figured out why yet,
but since my ultra10 is no longer my router, i've been meaning to have
a look at why this happens.
