issue XFCE4

Hi,
I've a Sun Red Blade 1500, i've installed Netbsd 7.0RC3 and it work fine.
But when i try to install XFCE4 and after do it, there are missing 
program <Famd>
that declare on rc.conf file, where i can to find this program ?
May be belong at another program ?
