Some of the taller ones had a small bulge to them, but not so much that they'd be all that noticeable unless specifically examining them. The power supplies are close enough to common power supplies that if I thought that was an issue, I'd just get a new, small one and adapt it. While fixing the Ultra 5 motherboard, I also compared the motherboard with one from an Ultra 10. They're identical. Sun lists the memory capacity for the Ultra 10 as 1 gigabyte and for the Ultra 5 as 512 megabytes, but I think this is just because the Ultra 5 can't take physically tall DIMMs unless the floppy drive is left out.
