If you're really wanting to recover the original MAC address, there is a project on GitHub [1] that can decode some of the barcodes. There is also an old discussion [2] on this list that may or may not be helpful. That said, I would probably just follow Julian's advice and make up an address that uses 08:00:20 for the first half.
