It's not clear from the above, do you see that "full rebuild" behavior
on all NetBSD hosts?  (and it's just the sparc64 build times that make
sparc64 especially bad).

If there're any details pertinent to the shell issue, I'm sure kre@
will be eager to hear about them :)
