I had no problems running 2.95.3 on my 3/160 under 
SunOS 4.1.1U1...

I once managed to compile some gcc 3.2 version, but 
couldn't reproduce the success later :)

Old rumour sais 2.7.2.3 would be the "best" gcc for 
m68k, but everything that I compiled with 2.95 worked 
just fine.
