looking for sun 3/60 ROM monitor documentation

Gang,

does anyone have any Sun-produced manuals which detail the use of the
ROM monitor commands, and function entry points?

I can't find this stuff online anywhere!

My immediate need, is to load an arbitrary code piece into RAM,
presumably
using the 'b' command, but NOT jump to it, and instead use the monitor
commands
to examine and step through it. This sort of basic action does not seem
to be
possible -- or is it?
