As Ragge and Matt noted, there isn't any, for our ABI.

When Matt Thomas was originally working on this, we had both heard of, and I
had actually seen, VAXen inside AT&T or its former subsidiaries that were
running SVR4.  Neither of us could find any written evidence of this, much
less whether whoever did this work had actually defined an ELF ABI.  If you
do happen to turn up such a document (or any evidence of SVR4 on VAX at all,
other than my telling you I actually used a shell on such a machine once!) I
would love to see it, but, be aware it is *not* the ELF ABI used by
NetBSD/vax.
