Looks like it was an accident when untangling an if-else-cascade mess
in common/content when this was eroneously added to
src/distrib/notes/vax/contents (or maybe even the if-else-cascade was
wrong before, but it was totally unreadable so I did not check this
closer).

Whoever fixes that (and the ramdisk kernel name), please remember to request
pullups (at least to -11).
