This has been "failing" at gimple-match.cc since 10.1, 11-beta and also now with 11-rc1. I was able to build 10.0 successfully on SIMH, but I believe that the compiler was upgraded with the 10.1 release. I took the time to capture some data during this issue I experienced. I have selected only a few of the fields from a "top" session I was running on another window. --------------------------------------------------------------------- c++ -fno-PIE -c -O -std=c++11 -DIN_GCC -DCROSS_DIRECTORY_STRUCTURE -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti -fasynchronous-unwind-tables -W -Wall -Wno-narrowing -Wwrite-strings -Wcast-qual -Wmissing-format-attribute -Woverloaded-virtual -pedantic -Wno-long-long -Wno-variadic-macros -Wno-overlength-strings -Wno-unused -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I/usr/src/tools/gcc/../../external/gpl3/gcc/dist/gcc -I/usr/src/tools/gcc/../../external/gpl3/gcc/dist/gcc/. -I/usr/src/tools/gcc/../../external/gpl3/gcc/dist/gcc/../include -I/usr/src/tools/gcc/../../external/gpl3/gcc/dist/gcc/../libcpp/include -I/usr/src/tools/gcc/../../external/gpl3/gcc/dist/gcc/../libcody -I/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-11.0_RC1-vax/include -I/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-11.0_RC1-vax/include -I/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-11.0_RC1-vax/include -I/usr/src/tools/gcc/../../external/gpl3/gcc/dist/gcc/../libdecnumber -I/usr/src/tools/gcc/../../external/gpl3/gcc/dist/gcc/../libdecnumber/dpd -I../libdecnumber -I/usr/src/tools/gcc/../../external/gpl3/gcc/dist/gcc/../libbacktrace -DNETBSD_TOOLS -DTARGET_SYSTEM_ROOT=0 -DTARGET_SYSTEM_ROOT_RELOCATABLE -DNB_FIX_VAX_BACKEND -o gimple-match.o -MT gimple-match.o -MMD -MP -MF ./.deps/gimple-match.TPo gimple-match.cc --------------------------------------------------------------------- load averages: 1.23, 1.19, 1.08;
