current won't boot on real 4000/60

Hi!

Just a short heads-up: I've been doing a lot of rework on my testing
setup lately and noticed that current VAX install ISOs won't boot on a
real 4000/60. Further testing: It still boots in SIMH-vax
(= microvax3900), but also fails with SIMH-vaxstation4000m60 and a
usual 80 MB configuration. "Failing" means to lock up right after
printing out the machine type. (SIMH-vaxstation4000m60 will print two
additional lines about the installed memory and lock thereafter.)
Tracked it down to "extent(9) -> vmem(9)" patch from November last
year (reverting helps), but we don't have a fix yet.

So while I'm at it, I'll not only run the tests on SIMH "vax", but
will try to also cover all the other VAX variants...
