   I've not yet been able to test -11.  I hope to make time to do so 
within the next couple of days.

   But wow, I was half asleep when I posted that message.  It's not a 
CMD controller, it's an Emulex QT13! :-/  So obviously forget what I 
said about CMD using the same bus interface!  Sorry about that.

   The problem is a simple one: Any attempt to access the tape drive 
just hangs, with no tape motion and no output.  The tape subsystem works 
fine under VMS.  This is on a -705A.  I posted briefly about this 
problem on 11/28/2023.
