Automated tests of NetBSD-current/vax

Hi all,

Now that NetBSD/vax is capable of running the ATF tests, I have set up
an automated testbed on babylon5.netbsd.org using the simh emulator.
The results are published at

  http://releng.netbsd.org/b5reports/vax/

There are no ATF HTML reports yet, but the ATF ticker output is
available as part of the console logs.

There are currently about 800 failing tests, and the tests take about
36 hours to run.
