Dual boot GPT?

What is the current wisdom on dual booting a GPT machine between
NetBSD and Windows 10?

Its a Thinkpad T480 and so should be able to UEFI or BIOS boot (AFAIK)

I initially sidestepped the issue by having a micro USB stick with a
boot.cfg set to boot hd1e:netbsd, which I just pull out on the rare
case I want to boot Windows, but obviously I'd prefer something a
little more polished (and to have my USB port back :)
