A quick look around suggests that some of the very high end gaming ones 
don't. Also assuming users will actually be able to find a cable to 
actually hook up the motherboard COM port is optimistic. You would 
probably have to get one second hand these days and if I remember 
correctly there are 2 incompatible pinouts for the 10 pin header. :(
