I confirm that -current XEN3_DOM0 (without mmy patches) cannot receive
packets on wm interfaces. GENERIC is fine.

Frank Kardel mentonned kern/55667 and kern/56291 as other XEN3_DOM0 with
MSIX issues, hence yes, it seems it is there to stay. I will add a 
comment.
