Does anyone run NetBSD on a system based on the Supermicro H12SSW-NT board?

I would like to buy servers based on that board but am unsure whether 
the hardware is supported by NetBSD.

Am I correct to assume the only thing to worry about is the NIC/PHY?
USB/SATA should be ?hci, sensors/fans should be covered by IPMI.
Anything else that could fail to work?
