I think netbsd-ports is probably the wrong list for this. IMHO current-users
would be better.

Anyway, since I'm likely not the only one who wondered what this is all about:

we seem to have sys/arch/xen since a few hours in -current and there has been
some discussion on source-changes (sigh!) about this. And a domain seems to
be a client OS running on the xen virtual machine or something.
