Outdated ion3 pkgsrc in violation of the license

The Ion3 pkgsrc [1] provided in NetBSD out-dated by over 28 days, 
downloading ion-3rc-20070902 from [2] instead of ion-3rc-20070927.
This is in violation to the license. Upgrade it.
