Hi I hope someone can answer this for me- as NetBSD has been ported to various computing devices and architectures-> how is graphics rendered on various devices. Does NetBSD have device-specific code to render graphics, text etc? Or is the graphics/text rendered based on the type of graphics adapter- eg SVGA(Super Video Graphics Adapter) / EGA(Extended Graphics Adapter) and so on? If someone can shed more light on this it would be very helpful. Thanks, Arvind.
