I was thinking Tracker queries try to take care of sensitivity : search for
Name and it actually searches for [Nn][Aa][Mm][Ee]. Isn't it enough ?

From a human perspective I think case insensitivity can be annoying - I know
there's a file I want in the files/development/ folder, but can't remember
if it's files/Development or Files/development or whatever. It often takes
me a few guesses to get the path right due to capitalisation issues.
