Commit notifications are enabled for the whole repository, i.e. changes to any branch will go to the usual mailing list. If you want to change this behavior, you can edit svn.berlios.de:/svnroot/repos/haiku/hooks/post-commit respectively commit-email.pl and/or ciabot_svn.py in the same directory. But I think most people subscribing the commit list would also be interested in the progress of the net team, so I'd vote for keeping it as it is.
