C++'s Strong typing and RAII are too good to not be used in my
opinion. Any feature that allows errors to be prevented at compile
time is a good feature in my book. The fears that C++ doesn't fit a
kernel have no base, Stroustrup himself declares C++ as a systems'
programming language.
