I'm sorry if I'm too much off-topic,

But I find myself wanting to get a new mainboard but I need to know it
runs BeOS and Haiku so I can develop a bit for the nVidia driver (G80
support and testing GF 7300 and the like).

I have two mainboards I find interesting, both from ASUS:
P5K Pro, with P35 and ICH9R chipset;
P5E3, with X38 and ICH9R chipset.

The X38 board supports DDR3, I'd be wanting to run 1333Mhz memory and a
2666Mhz CPU, 45nm.
If this board doesn't support my favorite os(ses) however, I'll go for the
P5K board (DDR2 memory).

Anyone knows the status of these boards?

Thanks in advance for any info!!

(Sorry for bothering..)

Rudolf.
