Udf not getting loaded

Hi there,

as of revision 27028, Udf "should" :-) be considered ported to the new FS API.
I can confirm it compiles, but I'm having trouble to get the disk device manager
loading the module. If I insert a DVD, iso9660 gets over it, but
even if I remove iso9660 from the image, udf just does not get loaded.

As far as I understood, the only function needed to get a FS module loaded is
the identify_partition function, but probably I'm missing something as usual.
If so, what else does it need to get loaded?
