Oops, I just noticed that the "every operator is a nail" rule doesn't
apply to the list (comma) operator as well.

(Not trying to justify my personal preference for indenting the
ternary operator, just pointing out that an exception already exists)

(And... My goodness, I just realised that I suggested using BOTH the
most obscure operators in the C language in the *same* macro!!)
