I'd like to be able to track how much of its quantum a thread used for its past few runs, since otherwise we don't have any good way (that I can see) to know how much of a CPU hog a particular thread was, and for obvious reasons I'd like to avoid having to do any dynamic memory allocation in the scheduler itself, which leaves me somewhat short on options for places to track per-thread data.
