Haiku is always looking for new developers, not only for GSoC.

First of all thanks for taking interest in Haiku. You have time until
tomorrow night
to submit a draft of your proposal in order to apply for gsoc,
although 15 hours per
week seems very low. We usually expect students to work up to 40 hours per week
for GSoC.
