Re: new version of Extractor.h

This isn't the crowd to pick nits, but I thought I'd jump
on my mistake before anyone else felt like it.  The original
was just called "Extractor", not even a B.  You can see these
in <MediaTrack.h>.

P.S. the original media kit names were really BExtractor, etc., but we 
don't have to play by those rules where this is concerned, since they 
were in the private namespace.
