in that file there is 1 bank but with just 1 instrument

list of working feature :
- loading from a sound font file (very good)
- playing note with the correct pitch
- pitch bend
- changing instrument
- velocity change the volume of the sample
- panning is implemented but not yet receiving message
- little stuff


todo list
- creating a bank for copyright law
- adding reverb
- implementing drum instrument
- implementing envelope (ADSR)
- ......
