It would appear so. It is currently not in the GNU directory.

At this stage, could you please send it to me. I'll then test it to make =
sure it
works and then submit it to the CVS.

When the new name is announced, we'll have our own server (which is curre=
ntly
being setup). On this server, we will host our own CVS server and we'll g=
ive
write access to those who have done the right thing in the past.

I've also listed you as the dev for "cal", so that no one else does it.
