Some progress

Hi

there is not much to report. 

1) I have added some logic to the Printers preferences application 
to select and add a local priner. Connection to serial or parallel port 
should work. Don't know if USB works. And again some things are 
hard coded into the printer add dialog, but it seems that
Be did the same.

2) The setup buttons are replaced with bitmap buttons in
the configuration window of the print_server.

The CDT will design nice bitmaps for use!
