Sure, a minimal size should be used. I was just thinking of how it 
would look like, if you have several partitions, each with reserved 
space at the beginning and the end. DriveSetup would present you a 
pretty distorted view of your HD. :-)

OK, it seems we could all live rather well with 1) (unless Axel vetos).
