Complexity limits domestic spying of Internet by French Government

	 I found the following article in Le Monde kind of interesting 
about the complexity facing the French government in doing domestic 
Internet spying.

I remember how the guest register of hotels used to be collected each 
night when I lived there.  (Nice movie about the topic is "Day of the 
Jackel".)

So I was wondering, is OpenSSH still technically forbidden in France?
