Or else it's the CIA's MK-ULTRA drugs for police interrogation with a cour=
t order to restore competency to stand trial for some imagined offense=2E H=
ow many fired CIA agents are out and about loose on the streets, no normal =
job skills but always plenty of money?

"Mental illness" does not and cannot have any organic origin in and of its=
elf=2E Or even legal marijuana for that matter, smells weedy, annoying but =
probably not that psychoactive in and of itself without being further adult=
erated=2E
