OpenBSD newbie installing 3.7 on PWS 500au

Hello All, first post and I apologize for extraneous characters in this
post. I have been trying to install OpenBSD 3.7 on this PWS without
success. Please find the script from serial console during installation.
I have been able to successfully install NetBSD 2.0 but want to have
OpenBSD on my Alpha. : (
Anyone able to assist a newbie?
