stray isa irq ?

The list archives (misc@ and alpha@) have not been too helpful in
figuring out issues in my dmesg (attached below). If anyone could drop
kick me in the right direction for reading materials/source/hints for
these four issues, I'd appreciate it:

(0) the "stray isa irq" messages I'm seeing in my dmesg are a bit
unnerving.

(1) there seems to be a conflict on IRQ4: tga0 & com0 ?

(2) the unknown minor type reported for the processor. The SRM command
">>>show config" clearly shows the minor to be 1.

(3) the warning on Pyxis chip
  cia0: WARNING: Pyxis pass 1 DMA bug; no bets...
