Acard 7720U for boot disk in alphastation

Hello,

I installed OpenBSD 4.0 in an IDE disk connected to the SCSI chain  
with a 7720U adapter from Acard.

After installation, boot in this IDE disk failed because SRM can not  
find the boot block.

Do you know if it is possible to do that ?
How can I check if the boot lock is OK or not ?
