OpenBSD 7.0 on emulated Alphaserver 400/166

OpenBSD 7.0 appears to install and run on the FreeAXP/Avanti emulated
Alphaserver 400/166.
However, per previous posts on this list, Avanti/FreeAXP needs to be
configured with the wide SCSI adapter KZPCA.... because the default narrow
adapter KZPAA is not 'liked' by OpenBSD.

Unfortunately, the KZPCA adapter requires an Avanti licence key (which
costs real money), so I guess few folks here will have tried it.     My
question is then ...

Anyone else ever got OpenBSD on FreeAXP/Avanti running using the usb
licence key, and the KZPCA wide adapter ?      (the key with sufficient
units also allows more memory).
