I was looking for something to do with my Alpha system since=20 they're shutting down the OpenVMS hobbyist program and thought I'd=20 try to load OpenBSD on it. I have already loaded OpenBSD on=20 VirtualBox on a linux system. My Alpha system is a Personal Workstation model 600au. It is maxed out on memory. I think it has 512M. I downloaded install75.iso, burned it to a CDROM and tried booting=20 it. Right after the notice to check the date and time it displayed=20 this: init[1]: pinsyscalls addr 2124620 code 49, pinoff 0xffffffff=20 (pin(Y) 1 2000000-213490 1359b0) (libcpin 0 0-0 0) error 78 At this point it appears dead. I let it sit for a while and there=20 was no further output. Anyone have any idea what's wrong? Sent with Proton Mail secure email.
