OpenSSH 10.3 on OpenBSD 7.8

Hi,
just FYI:
we are trying to compile OpenSSH 10.3 on OpenBSD 7.8 using procedure 
described on
https://www.openssh.org/openbsd.html
but it fails on:

I think IPTOS_DSCP_VA is missing in the /usr/src/sys/netinet/ip.h header 
file of the 7.8 kernel.
