I figured porting a great OS to an excellent hardware platform would attract all kind of geniouses :) > > Could anyone confirm that this is a more or less > > complete archive, before I start asking stupid > > questions? :) > > a sure way to avoid stupid questions is > to read www and man pages... I really thought I had, but I must have been reading plat.html a bit too fast. Suddenly a lot of my (stupid) questions were answered.. Anyways, i've got this 735/125, and will possibly get a 715/100 next week (thank you HP for discontinuing 10.20 :) ), and after I'm done toying around with IDS/9000 (provided they'll run hp-ux 11.x at all), I'd love to run OpenBSD and if I can, help improving the port. I don't think donating the machines themselves would be a good idea, as I'm located in norway, but the 735/125 has a weird HP PSI (Programmable Serial Interface) EISA-card that I'll happily donate if anyone can make use of it. I'll locate the part# if it sounds interesting. Regards, - Eirik -- Eirik Seim - problemløser - +47 9952 1600 - www.stengt.net
